# For Issuers

> Vault providers & strategy managers

**Reach entirely new investor segments:** Liquidity or risk-sensitive users can access Senior, while yield-seeking users can access the Junior or SLP Tranches.

**DeFi composability:** Previously illiquid yield sources can now be distributed through liquid on chain vaults, opening up composability and TVL.

**Go Up the Duration Spectrum:** Freely offer assets with longer redemption periods. The SLP enables those who want a shorter duration or flexibility to allocate into your Senior Tranche.

**Native Liquidity:** Liquidity can be embedded directly into the asset, rather than existing as an external wrapper. This also improves capital efficiency by allowing the liquidity sleeve to actively earn yield and fees rather than sitting idle.

**Reduce slippage and unwind costs:** Liquidity comes from the SLP pool instead of vault withdrawals, improving position management.

**Capital Security:** When an issuer deposits into the junior tranche of their own market, they absorb losses before seniors do. The party who knows the asset best is choosing to stand in front of depositors. This deepens the buffer for senior holders, who will be more willing to accept a lower yield and lower the issuer's cost of capital.

**Issue Volatile Assets:** Coverage can stabilize a volatile asset, smoothing yield and making rates more predictable for LPs.

**Anytime Deposits:** Currently, users must wait for narrow vault deposit windows. If they miss them, this capital sits idle and can churn to competing assets. Royco enables continuous onboarding, allowing users to deploy capital into vaults at any time (in Perpetual state).
